Are you Ready for Coaching?
Grace Sutherland/Skye, Scotland / Writer/Life Coach/ Master Practitioner NLP
“Thresholds are fascinating. In the domain of anthropology and myth, crossing the threshold into a liminal zone — often represented as a door, or a crossroads — is a time when people come across guides. In some cultures, they were called shamen. Now, the person who helps you access new territory from the familiar might be called a coach, a therapist, a trainer.”

Welcome to Chrysalis Coaching.
I’m Grace Sutherland, a lifestyle coach interested in balance and so optimal health of mind body and spirit.
My role as a coach is in encouraging people cross the threshold into the liminal zone-leap out into the unknown-follow their bliss -whatever it is they need to do to live a more blanced and purposeful life. How do I do that?
Not by telling people what they ‘ought’ to be doing or thinking. Though I want you to embrace change in your life, I am only a facilitator of change. The thinking that creates change is done by you- the client.
Coaching is not about content it’s about process. That is why coaching is not for everyone. It’s for the courageous change-embracer-the person who’s ready to actualise his new potentials and achieve new levels of excellence.
Coaching is not about going over old ground. It’s about creating a bold, compelling, exciting vision of what life could be like with 100 percent self-belief and commitment to your goals.
Coaching asks: “Are you willing to do whatever it takes to achieve your
dreams?”
If the answer is a resounding yes -what are you waiting for? Get in touch today…..
PS I have recently added another blog to my personal coaching. It’s called http://high-sobriety.co.uk and helps people to get over problem drinking patterns. There is a wealth of material in the downloads about how to cut fown drinking and eventyually become alcohol free if that is your goal.
